BLOOMFIELD-On Sunday, May 24, at Fitzhugh House Hospital, Va. LIEUT. JAMES WILLIAM HAINES BLOOMFIELD, of Company E, 14th Brooklyn Regiment, in the 27th year of his age, from wounds received while driving the enemy from his rifle pits, at the late battle before Fredericksburg.
Due notice of the funeral will be given upon the arrival of the body in this city.

BLOOMFIELD-On Sunday, May 24, at Fitzhugh House Hospital, Va. Lieut. JAMES WILLIAM HAINES BLOOMFIELD, of Company E 14th Brooklyn Regiment, in the 27th year of his age, from wounds received while driving the enemy from his rifle pits, at the late battle before Fredericksburg.
Relatives and friends of the family, also members and exmembers of the 14th Regiment N.Y.S.M., now in the city, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the residence of his uncle, John Phipard No.9 Liberty street, Brooklyn, on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
