I should mention that approxomately five weeks ago had to replace ram memory and this this week, had the motherboard replaced. I recently ran chkdsk and the OS HD was okay full scan. How satisfied are you with this reply? You may be right about just ignoring this.
I tried to find out how to turn on and off the BitLocker program but no luck. I’m not sure why you would be getting a bitlocker error when your edition doesn’t even support it. I checked for hidden devices in my computer and the only thing of interest were the “Storage Volumes” had nine Genernic Volume entries and the “Storage Volume Shadow Volume Shadow Copies” had over one hundred and thirty Generic Volume Shadow Copy entries. Windows 7 is performing a check to see if the volume has been encrypted for use with BitLocker. Also if you read the actual error it does NOT even list a drive letter where the “error” is occurring.

When running the command I only see physical devices listed. When did you install Acronis? If you are certain that you should be using BitLocker for some reason, then the bit,ocker-driver is, you might have a problem with your encryption.
