But I will keep this in mind for now. The problem just manifested today. It;’s the laptop’s right mouse keys!!! I have the same question No registered users and 4 guests.
I have also recently had an issue with scrolling although my problem may have been a bit different. Since I’m new to the Now, when I press and hold the middle button and move the Trackpoint, it scrolls.

While doing this, I tried to use a different mouse or take the mouse scoll and just use my touch pad and it does the same thing. The Touchpad driver was updated yesterday, but I can’t for the life of me find any difference now: It was like my T61 was possessed.
But if it remembers that the usb mouse was connected but upon waking it, the usb is not connected, then I think it has a problem. I bought a replacement backlit keyboard on ebay for my W and the middle button is very soft and mushy. Not in the childish “settings” windows, nor in Edge.

Mine still works great. I had seen where there was a bios update recently. Have you looked to see if any Mouse settings were changed in the Control Panel. It seems Access Connections and other settings the Lenovo software can control mouse options is one of them don’t play elnovo with fast user switching.
